What is
STLAVP?
The Saint Louis Anti-Violence Project has conducted field research talking to local LGBTQIA+ survivors of violence about their experiences, provided training to local anti-violence and violence prevention agencies to become more LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and have established ourselves as advocates for LGBTQIA+ survivors of violence within anti-violence communities.
Our Mission
To raise awareness of Relational Violence within and to LGBTQ+ Communities. We focus on education, advocacy, and outreach.

Stephanie Null , MPA (she/her)
Executive Director
Stephanie currently serves as the Executive Director of the St. Louis Anti-Violence Project where she provides group facilitation and consultation services to organizations looking to better serve LGBTQIA+ clients. She has over 17 years of nonprofit experience.
Erin Pohl (she/ her)
Board President
Erin is President of the Board of Directors of STLAVP as well as a passionate advocate for not only victims rights, but human rights. She is motivated by identifying opportunities to educate the community on how to eliminate oppression and injustice.
Wolf Smith, J.D., M.S.W.
(they/ them)
Founder/ Board Member
Wolf is the founding Executive Director and now serves on the Board of STLAVP. They work tirelessly to help us grow. They have a passion for ending the many types of violence LGBTQIA+ people experience.
